Definitief Stedenbouwkundig Plan Rijnvliet in Leidsche Rijn vastgesteld

Het college van b & w heeft het definitieve Stedenbouwkundig Plan Rijnvliet met bijbehorende Nota van Inspraak vastgesteld. Hiermee is het mogelijk om ruim 1.000 woningen en een basisschool In de nieuwe woonwijk Rijnvliet in Leidsche Rijn te bouwen. Afhankelijk van de ontwikkelingen op de woningmarkt kan de eerste oplevering eind 2014 plaatsvinden. Een bestemmingsplan voor Rijnvliet wordt nu voorbereid.

Utrecht krijgt met ingang van het nieuwe schooljaar 2012/2013 een internationale school.

Gemeente en provincie Utrecht, Universiteit Utrecht en betrokken schoolbesturen bereiden de komst van deze school voor aan de Notebomenlaan 400 in de Utrechtse wijk Oost. De international school Utrecht gaat basis- en voortgezet onderwijs geven, speciaal bedoeld voor kinderen van expats uit de gehele regio. Het Engelstalig onderwijsprogramma levert een internationaal erkend diploma op.

Leegstandswetvergunning blijft noodzakelijk bij verhuur te koop staande tweede woning
