Registration for renting.

Registration with Executive Home Rentals is possible for companies as well as private persons and is without any obligation and free of charge. Please fill in the form below and mention if you are a private person or a company.  Once you are registered you will receive the current housing supply every week for three months. After being registered you can make an appointment for viewing the accommodations with the homeowner himself.

Tenant declares to have taken notice of the General Terms for Mediation EHR:

Note: Only fully completed registration forms will be processed bij EHR!

If a rental agreement is made, we will need a payslip, a copy of your ID and an employer's certificate from you.
EHR works on the basis of “no cure no pay”. After an agreement has been made we charge you with € 595,00 (excl. VAT) administration costs. Unless agreed otherwise.
To rent a short periode (till 4 months) we will charge you with an extra fee of € 125,00 (excl. VAT).
If the website mentions brokerage, EHR will charge you 10% of the annual rent excluding VAT, with a minimum of € 500, -. In this case administration costs are not applicable.

For a renewal of the rental agreement administration costs will be charged.
