VLIETZORGH is a special and perfectly maintained outdoors at a more than unique location in Haarlem. In this national monument you will find many original features and the villa has a rich history. The various owners, including Louis Napoleon, lived a life full of comfort and pleasure. The beautifully landscaped gardens, the magnificent view of the Spaarne and a jetty, combined with the stunning details of the villa were the reasons for this. Nowadays this villa is well situated due to the proximity of roads and the center of Haarlem, within walking distance.


Basement:

The more than 100 years old and spacious kitchen is located at water level and has several cellars for wine and provisions. By a staircase from the hall is the kitchen accessible from the lobby. At eye level you can see the boats on the Spaarne pass. The spacious room is equipped with an 8 burner stove, refrigerator and double porcelain sinks and plenty of storage, door to utility room with connections for washer and dryer and access to the cellar again.

Ground floor:

Double door to lobby with marble floors and wood paneling, doors to "Dome Room". This particular room has a fireplace surrounded by bookshelves, doors opening onto the terrace, a beautiful panoramic view over the railing and Spaarne, door to side garden with summer house and conservatory.
Livingroom with original fireplace. The adjacent princess room (so called because there was ever a real princess who has slept here) with a sink and overlooks the Spaarne. Besides the princess room is a bathroom located in a steam shower, a sink, separate toilet with wash basin.


First floor:
Above you will find a spacious landing, a separate toilet with fountain and unprecedented views of the Spaarne. On this floor are three bedrooms each with its own unique atmosphere. On the landing is an original and beautiful wardrobe, door to the lovely terrace whith once again the magnificent view of Spaarne.

Second floor:
Great authentic attic with original paneling and beams. A space which is ideal for a bedroom or an office. Also located here: the boiler room.
