Finding a rental property and organising viewings
After we have mapped out your wishes, we will get to work for you. Thanks to our collaboration with other real estate agents and rental organizations, we are aware of the current offers and all new properties before they are presented online. With your wishes in hand, we find rental properties that suit you and we plan, in consultation with you, the viewings on one day. Of course, we will continue to do this until we have successfully found you a new home.
We guide you through the viewings and negotiations with the homeowner or his rental agent. You are our customer and we therefore represent your interests. That is why we do not accept any commission from the owner. As soon as an agreement has been reached, we guarantee that your interest will be properly included in the legally correct rental agreement. We also monitor the deposit and payment terms of the first month’s rent for you. Because if those are not paid on time there is a risk that the agreement will be canceled.
