The ship design is that of a classic 1920s rivership, so it fits well with the 17th century environment.

The houseboat (23mx5m) is surprisingly spacious with an eye for aesthetics combined with the optimization of available space.

The design was made on three principles: Open Space, Natural Light and Modern Architecture. The result is really amazing.

The house uses beautiful materials that result in a cozy, well functioning, comfortable and playfully decorated house.

Through the different levels you can always find a room suitable for the situation.

At the top of the wheelhouse you can enjoy the 17th century environment or just enjoy reading a book or watch TV while enjoying a drink.

The three compact bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. Each bedroom has 2 sleeping places.

The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite. After a day of hard work, relax in the whirlpool tub while listening to your favorite music on the stereo available in the bedroom.

The house features a climate control system that offers both air conditioning and heating. A house of all seasons to use in a comfort. .

The best place to enjoy is outside on the deck. With 60 mtr2 it offers a lot of space. The large table and barbecue set invite you to enjoy your meal with friends and family. Please pay attention to the neighbors after 10pm.

The ship is conveniently located, butcher, bakery, fish shop, supermarkets are all close by.

Public transport is also nearby, bus and tram are available in a few minutes. In less than ten minutes you are on Amsterdam Central Station.

If you have a car, you can reach the freeway in about ten minutes. However, the best vehicle is the bike. If you do not have it yourself, you can rent a car in the neighborhood.
