Living on a beautifully renovated traditional Dutch sailing boat, built in 1900.

The atmosphere in the vessel is traditional and modern at the same time. The property offers all the comforts of a modern house, 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen, spacious lounge and the cockpit house can be used as a dining / coffee / drink room for 8 people, with fabulous views over the water.

Space, view and light, outside on the entire deck it is wonderful to relax in the sun and swim in the clean water.

It is also possible to go on sailing with the Manta on your request.

Setting:
The ship is moored at KNMS Island, in a wetland area with an urban character. The neighborhood is family friendly and decorated with greenery.

All imaginable amenities such as shopping Brazil, schools, childcare facilities, are within reach.

In the port area there are also various entertainment venues such as The Harbour Club, Panama, Happyhappyjoyjoy, Gare de L’est, Studio K, Pompsttion,, Restaurant Fifteen (Jamie Oliver) and the new Music Building. The popular Java Street is within walking distance.

Within walking distance you will find every Wednesday of the organic market.

You ride by bike in 10 minutes to Central Station or the downtown area. With tram lines 26 or 10, this is only 5 minutes.

You drive through the Piet Hein tunnel within a few minutes on the ringroad highway A10.

Layout:
The Manta offers 100m2 of living space inside and consists of the following rooms:
– Wheelhouse with a large table for 8 people. From here you have views over the quiet street, the outside of the ship with its wide deck, masts, sails and the water
– Three steps down is a spacious kitchen
– Four steps down is the spacious living room with two couches that can be transformed into comfortable beds
– Further to the front of the ship there is a hallway that leads to two bedrooms, one double and one twin. In this section there are many buildin wardrobes.
– Accessible also from the living room bathroom with shower and sink and a washer and dryer.
